| Description | Investors will receive a quarterly income payment of 1.60% (equivalent to 6.40% a year), each quarter during the term that the FTSE 100 closes at or above 80% of its Start Level. The Plan will also mature early if the FTSE 100 closes at or above 100% of its Start Level on any of the quarterly Income Dates from the end of the second year onwards. If the Plan continues for the full seven-year term, the repayment of capital at maturity depends on the performance of the FTSE 100.
