| Description | On quarterly dates during the term (the 'Income Dates'), investors will receive income of 2% (8% p.a.) if the Mistral Fund closes at or above 80% of its Start Level. On the Income Dates from the end of the third year onwards, the Plan will also mature early and repay the Deposit if the Mistral Fund closes at or above 100% of its Start level. If there is no early maturity, investors will be repaid their deposit in full when the Plan matures. |
