Peter McAuley, Partner
Peter is a professional banking executive with over 35 years’ experience in financial services. This includes many years in structured product manufacture and distribution, from his time as a Director in Credit Suisse equity derivatives, to more recently running the sales functions at Investec Structured Products. From product design, manufacture, and risk management, through to IFA and multi-site national franchise distribution, Peter brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to Arcus Partners. Having previously been an IFA himself, he has considerable empathy with the sector and is determined that Arcus for Advisers grows to reflect and respond to IFA needs.

Chris Moody, Business Development Manager
Chris has worked in Financial Services for over a decade and has been involved in Structured Products for over 7 years. Before joining Arcus Partners, he spent 5 years with Investec Structured Products as part of their sales team, before moving to another plan manager to develop their product range, price and hedge new plans as well as being part of, and managing, their UK sales team.

Ian Ward, Business Advisor and Consultant to the Board
Ian has extensive experience in financial services. He was CEO of Leeds Building Society for 16 years and during this time saw the business transform in both size and profitability. Up until April 2022, he spent 9 years as the Senior Independent Director for the Newcastle Building Society and Chairman of its financial advice business, Newcastle Financial Advisers Limited.
